Unidos Opens in Prime Downtown Naples Location: Immerse Yourself in the Vibrant Flavors, Colors, and Artistry of Latin American Cuisine and Culture

Naples, FL - A culinary fiesta has arrived in downtown Naples, bringing with it the sizzle of Latin American flavors and the rhythm of cultural fusion. Unidos -- A Latin Kitchen + Bar, a new and innovative Latin-fusion restaurant, has set up shop at the corner of US 41 and Central Avenue, promising a unique and immersive dining experience for Southwest Florida.

The 3,200 square feet space, formerly home to Starbucks and Valento’s Pizza & Hoagies, has been transformed into a culinary haven by All 4 One Hospitality, a privately family-owned restaurant group founded by Sal Muñoz, his wife Jaime Muñoz, and partner Carlos Angel. Known for their success in the Chicago dining scene, the trio is ready to make a mark in Naples, unveiling a restaurant that blends Latin American cuisine with global flavors and cooking techniques.

"Unidos (pronounced oo-nee-dos) means united in Spanish. Our restaurant is a testament to the global nature of food and the endless possibilities that arise when different culinary traditions come together," explains Sal Muñoz, reflecting on his 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

The menu is a culinary journey through Latin America, featuring influences from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Peru, Argentina, and beyond. The Latin-fusion cuisine boasts a bold and diverse combination of flavors, with elements of sweetness, heat, acidity, and umami. From traditional staples like corn, beans, and plantains to a variety of chilies and spices, Unidos promises a symphony of tastes.

Jaime Muñoz, co-owner, expresses excitement about introducing Naples to this unique culinary style. "We are not just focused on one cuisine. I grew up eating dishes from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Peru, and Argentina. We are excited to introduce Naples to a culinary style that combines the elements of Latin American cuisine with other global flavors and cooking techniques."

The restaurant's interior, a collaboration with Naples architectural design firm BDL Design, exudes an elegant Latin vibe. The open kitchen concept allows patrons to witness the preparation of dishes, with a genuine Argentinian Santamaria grill at its heart, delivering savory flavors and piquant aromas.

The menu, curated by opening chef Melina Martinez and general manager Jason Unger, spans the rich and diverse flavors of Latin America. Dishes from Peru, Ecuador, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, and Argentina are all showcased, each carefully crafted to highlight the essence of Latin American cuisine while incorporating international twists.

Carlos Angel, co-owner overseeing day-to-day operations, emphasizes the restaurant's vision. "The kitchen table is the place where families come together to dine and enjoy each other’s company. Unidos intends to become an extension of the family home."

The restaurant is not just a feast for the taste buds but also a visual delight. The exterior has been refreshed, and the interior features a blend of banquette bench seating, vibrant colors, and Colombian tiled walls, creating an atmosphere that is both graceful and sophisticated.

As Elizabeth Kurtz Isbell, president of the Naples Design District Board, notes, "The planned partnerships with local bakeries and breweries echo our mission to provide a supportive environment for local businesses where residents and visitors shop, dine, and play."

Unidos is not just a restaurant; it's a celebration of Latin American culture, a melting pot of flavors, and a vibrant addition to the Naples culinary scene. The doors are open, the grill is fired up, and Unidos invites you to experience the unity of flavors and cultures in every bite.

Unidos is now hiring for all positions. For more information, job applications, and reservations, visit [Unidosrestaurant.com](https://www.Unidosrestaurant.com/) or call (239) 331-3668.
