"Unidos (pronounced oo-nee-dos) means united in Spanish. Our restaurant is a testament to the global nature of food and the endless possibilities that arise when different culinary traditions come together," explains Sal Muñoz, reflecting on his 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

The menu, curated by opening chef Melina Martinez and general manager Jason Unger, spans the rich and diverse flavors of Latin America.
