Located in the heart of the Naples Design District, The Mini Bar has long been a local favorite for its laid-back island vibe, elevated outdoor dining, and live entertainment. Now, this popular hotspot is taking its culinary offerings to the next level with the introduction of a revamped menu by its new Executive Chef, Javier Vasquez. Known for his bold, innovative flavors and decades of culinary experience, Chef Vasquez brings his expertise to transform The Mini Bar into a haven for food lovers.
A Fresh Take on Comfort Food
Chef Vasquez’s vision shines through a menu that blends familiarity with creativity. Among the standout additions are the Shaved Steak Slider, featuring gorgonzola, fried shallots, and horseradish crema, a nod to a cherished family recipe. Seafood lovers can savor the vibrant Ceviche Tostada, packed with snapper, shrimp, avocado, and aji Amarillo, or dive into the flavorful Fried Fish Sandwich with its fresh dill slaw.
For those seeking a feast, the expanded selection of Boards is perfect for sharing, with highlights like the Slider and Taco Sampler and the crowd-pleasing Giant Nacho Board. Guests looking for a unique challenge can tackle the “Mini Monster,” a towering 2-pound, three-level burger served with a mountain of fries, ideal for groups or adventurous diners.
“We’ve transitioned to a more comprehensive dining experience, with fries now included with every slider selection,” said co-owner Chris Lee. “This change reflects our dedication to enhancing our guests’ experience while showcasing Chef Vasquez’s extraordinary talent.”
