Food enthusiasts in North Naples have a new destination to explore as Estia opens its doors in March 2025. Renowned for delivering the freshest Greek Mediterranean cuisine, Estia makes a bold entrance into Florida’s vibrant culinary scene with its seventh location. A family-owned establishment originating from the East Coast, Estia offers an authentic dining experience featuring traditional Greek dishes and fresh fish flown in daily.
"We’re excited to expand to North Naples and share our family recipes and culture with the community," says Gus Pashalis, co-owner of Estia. "We want our guests to experience the warmth of Greek hospitality, along with the incredible flavors of the Mediterranean."
The Pashalis family’s commitment to quality and tradition is evident in every dish, transporting diners to a coastal retreat reminiscent of the Mediterranean. Upon entering, guests are greeted by an impressive ice display showcasing the day’s freshest seafood selections. The restaurant’s ambiance further enhances the experience, featuring an airy, sunlit interior designed to evoke the essence of a Greek island. Whitewashed wood, exotic stone, and rustic urns imported from Greece contribute to Estia’s immersive atmosphere.
“We worked with an interior designer who specializes in homes in Greece to bring that authentic, coastal feeling right here to Naples,” Pashalis explains. Located on Vanderbilt Beach Road, just west of Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt, the 400-seat restaurant includes a wrap-around patio with pond-side dining, offering picturesque water views and elegant white-washed stone arches.
At the heart of Estia’s menu is its expertly prepared whole grilled fish, sourced from the Mediterranean, as well as the shores of Morocco, Tunisia, and Portugal. Procured from independent fishermen, the seafood selection is unparalleled in freshness and quality. Guests are invited to choose their fish directly from the ice display before it is charcoal-grilled to perfection with Estia’s signature ladolemono, capers, and oregano.
Signature fish offerings include Lavraki (European Sea Bass), Tsipoura (Royal Dorado), and the Mediterranean delicacy Karavides (Langoustines)—butterflied, grilled in the shell, and served with ladolemono. In addition to seafood, the menu features classic Greek dishes such as Lamb Chops, Dolmades (rice-stuffed grape leaves), Spanakopita (spinach pie), and Grilled Octopus.
Complementing the exquisite cuisine, Estia boasts an extensive wine list featuring selections from Greece and beyond. The restaurant’s cocktail program highlights fresh juices and native Greek spirits such as Mastiha, Metaxa, and Ouzo. Signature drinks include the Meli, crafted with vodka, passionfruit, honey, and lemon, and the Aloi, a refreshing blend of gin, plum, aloe vera, and mint.
Whether enjoying a leisurely dinner or sipping on a handcrafted cocktail, guests at Estia can expect a culinary journey that transports them to the sun-drenched shores of Greece.
