Event Details:

• 8:45 AM – Meet at Sauna House

• 9:15 AM – Start a 1-mile light jog (Sauna House → Felts Ave → Wilson St → Old 41 Rd → back to Sauna House

• 9:35 AM – Post-run stretch & cool down

• 9:45 AM – Contrast Therapy (Enjoy Sauna, Cold Plunge, Healthy Protein Bars, while networking with like minded individuals)

This event is all about bringing the community together through health and wellness. It’s a great opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who prioritize fitness and well-being.
