• 11:00 AM – Meet at The Mini Bar

• 11:15 AM – Start a 1-mile light jog (Mini Bar → Central Ave → 10th St S → Tamiami Trail → back to Mini Bar on Goodlette Frank Rd)

• Post-run recovery & refreshments: Enjoy healthy drinks by Juicelation, cold plunges for recovery, and nutritious protein bars from The Feel Bar Company.
