Once you submit payment to Naples 2Night, charges will be processed on the 1st of each month under a 3-month agreement. After this period, the agreement automatically transitions to a month-to-month plan. During the month-to-month phase, you may cancel anytime with a 15-day notice prior to the start of the upcoming month. If you choose to cancel during the initial 3-month term, payments are non-refundable. Similarly, if no notice is given during the month-to-month period, you will not receive a refund for the next month's payment.

You may request a new ad design each month at no extra charge, as long as the request is submitted by the 20th of the current month. If no update is requested, your ad will remain the same. Naples 2Night will provide end-of-month analytics reports via email on a monthly basis.

Magazine Cover:
After submitting payment, our team will reach out to discuss cover availability and determine the best cover month for your business. Due to the high visibility of our covers, they are often booked well in advance. Your payment reserves the cover for the next available opportunity.

Spotlight Feature and Top 3 Features:
Once payment is submitted, our team will contact you to begin designing your ad and gather any information needed for the Spotlight or Top 3 features section. Charges will be processed on the 1st of each month under a 3-month agreement. After this period, the agreement automatically transitions to a month-to-month plan. Upon submitting payment, our team will reach out to schedule your interview and initiate the design of your ad for the feature month. This is a one-time payment advertisement.

Videography:
Once payment is received, we will contact you to arrange a day and time for filming. Our team will create a customized storyboard to maximize your video’s reach across our platform, leveraging proven methods and strategies for optimal exposure.
